Susan studied Business Administration at UC Berkeley, has experience in the non-profit field and previous experience in finance and software development since the early 2000s. She has volunteered for several girl’s agencies, including Friends for Youth and Girls for a Change. She has served on several non-profit boards as well, including the Alliance for Girls and Girls Middle School. She also started the after school program called Up On Top. She has been with Next Door Solutions since 2013.
Beth WilliamsDevelopment Director
Beth has worked in the non-profit sector since 1994 as a fundraiser for a variety of agencies including hospice, foster care and the county hospital. Beth earned her CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) in 2010. She has been the Director of Development at Next Door Solutions to Domestic Violence since 2015. Beth is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals where she has served seven years on the board.
Cindi HunterDirector of Programs and Policy
Cindi is a recognized and accomplished anti-gender-based violence leader and activist in the Bay Area with an extensive background in public policy and advocacy. She contributed to and secured multiple policy victories including a record increase in local funding for intimate partner violence prevention, and implemented evidence-based lethality and homicide reduction strategies. She has a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz in Community Studies with a concentration in reproductive justice. She has been with Next Door Solutions since 2021.
